• Photo session of the real estate object;

• Development of strategy of the transaction considering the factors connected with specific circumstances of participants of transaction (credit liabilities, necessary consent of relatives, etc.)
• Preparation of the advertizing offer on real estate sale, placement it on the website of agency and also on all profile resources. Mailing of the offer using the base of mailings (11 000 recipients);
• Regular advertizing events including organizing of survey of real estate;

• Development and coordination of the project of Sales and Purchase Agreement;
